...when I go to the bloody DMV 30 minutes out of town, wait for 1 hour and 17 minutes, realise I forgot my check book when my number is only 2 away and go to their Cash Machine to get $60 to pay for the title transfer which spits out $20 and says "Out-of Service". Neadless to say it was a waste of my afternoon off work as the DMV does not service/refill their cash despensers, nor accept credit cards or debit cards.
