The State of Wisconsin has nothing to do with it. Regardless of where you live, you should receive your final paycheck at the end of the next pay cycle.

Employees have the right to file a wage claim with the department for unpaid wages if there is a dispute with the employer in the amount of wages owed, or if an employer fails to pay the wages agreed upon for the time actually worked. If the employer refuses to pay wages earned on the regular established payday, the employee should request payment.

If the employee does not receive the payment after 6 days, the employee may file a claim with the department. Once a claim is filed, the department will seek to resolve the matter with the employer

Wisconsin law permits the remaining employees to spend your last paycheck on the traditional celebratory foods and drinks such as beer and cheese.

If your last paycheck will not cover at least 1 case of beer and some bratwurst then you must chip in to make up the difference.

I dont live in Wisconsin but in Oregon the law is that you must recieve all pay owed within 3 business days. Usually you are paid when terminated though. Probably similar there.
