There is a chance it could be, so I'm not ruling it out. But in the last two weeks There seems to be a slight raise of skin (a bump) on the head of my penis. Now, it's just slightly whiter in color, as if I had an alergic reaction to my cat, but it's lasted for the past two weeks. It's not there all the time, and is only there (or noticable) when I'm non-erect. I'm confused at what it could be, unless when my cat scratched me two weeks ago (yes there) it somehow got the stuff inside and it and hasn't recovered. It just dosent make sence.
I have had instances where the inner canal did feel some pain, but it was random and didn't follow any patteren. Sometimes it had a sting to pee, but ti was random.
Just to be clear, it's a slightly lighter than normal colored lima bean shaped raised portion of skin on the head of my penis, which coveres about 1/6 of the head area.
I do plan to go to the doctor to have a look, regardless but does anyone have any clue as to what it could be

For those of you who want to know, I was sitting in my boxers in my chair when my cat decided to jump on my lap full claws extended... Which is how she got me....

And it doesnt' look like a wart or a bilster at all. If anyone has had an allergic bump at all it looks like that, but without the redness and only about a 1/16 inch high.

I am fairly confident that what you have is related to the cat scratch incident. Cat scratches are incredibly dirty. After all, they scratch in their litter boxes. You may be developing cellulitis, and need an antibiotic. If you develop pain and swelling, this is likely the case. Please see your doctor, show it to them, and tell them you were scratched by your cat. This will give them a head start in diagnosis. It atleast gives them something to rule out. I hope you haven't contracted an STD, but it is a possibility. Good luck!

It could be a list of many things. However if you did scratch the skin there it easliy could be an infection of some sort. Does it happen to look anything like a wart? They might swell up and seem like they disappear even if they don't.
I wouldn't jump to any inclusions no matter what answers you get on here until you see your doctor. you are making the right choice by seeing him/her.

Best of luck to u! I hope all turns out well:) Take Care

Sounds like it could be cyphilis to me. It is like a sore but if you couldn't see it you wouldn't even know it was there. That is the main symptom. No itch or irritation just a sore or a mark if you will. Hope this helps.
