Hey, what can I say? I love sushi! Esp. california roll. I also tried homemade sushi with Spam once. It was ~ok. I learned how to make homemade sushi and it helps me greatly since I rarely have the chance to go out to a sushi restaurant. My favorite is halibut. My husband loves Onee with quail egg. Or is it oni? pronounced oonee. That is the one piece I don't like. It is like biting into a tidepool. My husband says well all those little sea lions couldn't be wrong lying on their backs and cracking open the sea urchins. I suppose you are aware that oni is sea urchin gonads. I also like tuna, salmon, green mussels dynamite, sweet shrimp, rainbow rolls. I really will eat them all except for that oonee. (Or however you spell it)

I know I'm a wuss but I still can't bring myself to eat raw fish, therefore I'll stick with the California roll.
