Of course it is impossible. Democrat's are basically wired by Dr. Frankenstein at the DNC (Howeird Dean). They have no mind of their own, therefore, education is impossible.

I agree its impossible to educate liberals because they already know all the answers and if there is an answer they don't know, they'll make one up.

I honor the libs right to be liberal, what really turns me off is I think they wait to see what direction the conservatives go on any topic just so they can pick the opposite view. Libs favor killing babies through abortions, giving in to terrorist and hope they don't attack us again, protecting the environment to the extent that its ridiculous, increased food stamps, government housing, and the major problem is that if a problem exist, then government can take care of that problem.

I am certain if a liberal was president today that we would have had 3 or 5 more attacks on US soil by the terrorist. Liberals think if we are nice, appease those who hate us and if the hide their head in the sand, the terrorist will go away.

In closing let me say that I have listed a few topics that I am against that liberals favor. What you will see in response to your question will not be issues. Since they can't take a stand on any issue and get the support of the majority of Americans, what they will do is resort to personal attacks on the president, those of faith and others who want to keep America strong.

The smartest man is one who knows the limitations of his own knowlege. Liberals by their very nature tend to believe they know better than everyone else. Therefore you must first demonstrate to the liberal you are trying to educate that their knowlege and wisdom are in fact limited. Second, you must demonstrate that the liberals they look up to don't know everything either.

Only after succeeding at those two points will you have what might be described as an open mind.

"It is a great point of wisdom to find out one's own folly."

It is impossible to educate people who are completely unwilling to see anyone else's point of view, are self righteous and belligerent. You can get those sorts of people with either liberal or conservative ideals.

And just because someone is liberal, doesn't mean they want to bring about the destruction of america - just as the majority of people who believed in communism didn't want it in the 50's. If you're not careful, and liberal turns into as bad a slur as communism did then your country will become more and more hardline and right wing, and you'll end up with a fascist dictatorship.

So you are saying there is no liberal agenda? Please educate me.

Only the willing can be educated. I once considered myself an "open-minded liberal". So open-minded, in fact, that I decided to read up on the Democratic vs. the Republican platforms. I was shocked. As it turned out, the entire Democratic platform was in favor of everything I opposed. What an eye-opener! When I pointed the platform out to my parents, who were life-long Democrats, they too decided that the Democratic party no longer represented them. Now my ENTIRE family are PROUD Republicans!

Ahhh, now I'm offended. If education is what you are looking for then maybe it's you who needs to get it. I think being educated will lead you to ask questions and not believe everything that you are told to believe. Who do you think allowed those text books to be release to the schools that you claim you were educated by? The truth is, truly educated people do not believe everything they see. They will do their own private research and decide for themselves. The educated people will see through the lies they are being told and come to their own conclusions on what or who they hold accountable for the extremist perspective. Believe it or not, our entire country is not run by the people, not in the slightest. It is run by big business and powerful families who have their hands in almost everything we buy, see, hear, believe, and fear. So if you, in your "educated" mind, believe that being a conservative is the answer to all the problems in the world, then take your "educated" mind to a library and beging reading all you can from someone who thinks differently that what you have always read and what you have "educated" yourself to believe, and take both sides of the coin and form your own TRULY educated perspective.

It is impossible for YOU to educate them because you don't write well. Conservatives like George F. Will and Debra J. Saunders are professional writers who publish nationally distributed political columns and they are far more likely than you to "educate" a liberal.

Ah, but why would liberals need to be educated when conservatives need to be re-educated on TODAY'S principals, world politics, and economics.

What would you want to teach a liberal? How to attack a poor country in fear of weapons tha are not there, only to get caught up in attacks by insurgents that were bound to be there? To increase taxes to cover up sloppy budgeting and spending? To continue a tradition of shoddy economics? Why keep using policies if they don't work? Why not help the poor and the needy? Why keep giving more money and lowering taxes of those who already have too much?
