Convolve the coefficients:

(6,-3,-1,7)*(2,4,5) = (6*2, -3*2 + 6*4, -1*2 - 3*4 + 6*5, 7*2 - 1*4 - 3*5, 7*4 - 1*5, 7*5)
=(12, 18, 16, -5, 23, 35)

= 12x^5 + 18x^4 + 16x^3 - 5x^2 + 23x + 35

Parenthesis
Exponents
Multiplication
Division
Addition
Subtraction.
Do them in this order and it will be easy.
