Use those small weights and lift your legs up behind you as your lifting one...(Make sure your in a dog position but make sure your knees dont touch the floor) You can also squeeze your butt and hold for thirty seconds( I'll say do about ten sets of fives or tens) That will help tighten it and it wont jiggle all over the place. It really works and every guy likes a girl with a tight ***. Turst me, I know. ;D

jessica simpson went on a diet to make her butt bigger and when she got off it, it went slightly flater. i don't remember the diet though but search her cuz it was for the movie dukes of hazazrd

do squats or try wearing dark jeans with flap back pockets. its sure to make ur @ss bigger

You can do an excersise called the dirty dog or the fire hydrant. Squats, lunges and leg presses to work too.

well you can drink milk. NOT organic milk that has no growing chemicals. the chemicals wont hurt you. the milk made my boobs and butt grow no time at all, it should do the same to you
