He kept calling me 'Girlfriend' and talking about shoes....then making fake vomit sounds and coughing.
I know that he is married because I have slept with his wife on many occasions but I don't know if 'Gay' is something that comes and goes like Herpes.
I honestly need help because while I feel he was making things up I just got promoted to supervisor and don't know how to act.
Any suggestions?

As his supervisor you are responsible for his development as a worthwhile employee. Tell him that you can't run the candy factory properly without a fudge packer.
