YES! They should also repost answers that are removed, and give the person back their points.

They do not have a standard, if your question or answer is reported by somebody they just arbitrarily remove it. This is wrong and I challenge each and ever violation notice, as I have told customer service many times just because someone finds your question to be offensive does not mean that it don't have validity to others. In answer yes there should be a fairer way to do it. But I am sure that they are swamped and understaffed and doing the best they can.

Yes, absolutely. But it won't happen, unfortunately. They are more concerned with removing potentially 'disturbing' questions and answers then putting back the ones that were wrongly deleted.
