Prison break is on right now on the east coast. 8/7c means it is on at 8 o'clock in the time zone that the tv station is based, and it is on at 7 o'clock in the central time zone.

I don't know about Prison Break - sorry. But I do actually what 8/7c means. Eight oclock regular time and 7 oclock central time!@
