Just basically groping all over the body,they used to call it "first base" back in the day,"second base" was the sex.Heavy petting is a term I haven't heard in awhile,probably because people do a lot more than heavy petting nowadays.

A misnomer. Actually all petting should be light. If you are petting a boys penis you want to be very soft and stay near the tip (the purple helmet) and try to not rub. Walk your nails around and try to place some saliva into and around the blow hole. It is like a lubricant. The blow hole should taste salty to you. This is good. When the man shoots his warm load into you try not to be surprised but take in naturally down your throat or smear it across your naked breasts. It will feel good later.
