Just don't do it here if it's against the rules. I personally do not want this to be an adult sex forum.

the thing is that at that point i don't think it would be about questions and answers, it would become more of a chatting kind of thing. and while you may not agree with me this is more than likely what it'll become especially since of what's happening on answers as is (how many times have i read "i'm lonely, email me" "do you think i'm cute" "talk dirty to me" "anyone XX years old want to talk?" and "what is the flight velocity of a sparrow"... er... wait, ignore that last one but the others are valid. people would just put in "chatty" questions...)
so i'd rather say no. as crappy as some of the questions are on this site, there are also some real gems and unfortunately an adults only section or answers site would degenerate VERY quickly. to use a movie quote "A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals and you know it." so while you and a few more would make good use of an adult site, the trolls would swarm the site and i'm sure both you and customer care would be somewhat overwhelmed by the negative response.

Yahoo offers groups and chatrooms for that sort of thing. This site is used by all ages of people and people with religious beliefs that are offended by the adult content. If you read the terms of service, you will see that is NOT what this site is about. Find some other place, as others have said, there are plenty of places like that to be found elsewhere.

I think there are more than enough places online for that, mate
really....
I mean cmon, kids view these sites
And that's not to say they cant access those sites irrelevant of Yahoo! having such a section or not...but must there really be an ADULT section in every website?
Dont u ever get tired of it all???
I say to keep it clean, there's enough space on the internet for everyone and i quite like Answers to have its rules. If you can't abide, grab the tide.

Go find yourself an adult chat room.
Why is it that when a site is created and guidelines are plainly posted there are always a few whiners who feel too"restricted" by the guidelines?
Yahoo clearly states that the site is a FAMILY site. Quit trying to make it a porn site.

I wouldn't see a problem in having an adult section like that. Until that happens though, if in doubt, don't post something that might get reported.

It's great idea, actually! I've gotten 2 warnings for answers when it was obvious the person was just kidding around and was expecting adult answers. Yahoo knows youre just being funny, but you get the stupid warnings anyway. I wrote back and said to drop me...it'll just give me an excuse to go ALL Google lol.

I don't care to have this become a sex forum. There are already many online places like that, so to all you online perverts, go there, instead of ruining places where people, young or old, come to to find answers that have nothing to do with your filthiness. Why ruin what it is? Just go where you belong. There is a time and place for everything. This is not the place, and you don't belong.

I am an adult and have to admit that I am so grossed out by some of the answers...........things that anyone I know including my 30's children wouldn't even have in their vocabulary. I think your idea is fine.......but, in the meantime, you all please don't answer with such offensive language. In the beginning I actually thought about quitting the yahoo answer as any one we associate with in any way either inspires us to be better than we are or they drag you down to their level. It happened quickly to me and I found myself answering with despicable answers myself. I don't want to be a part of that world of foul language. good question you have asked!!!!!!!!!! Maybe there is a solution for people like me who just want to have fun!!!!

It's not working like that.
To have an X rated site costs more to own. Right now this is what, a PG or PG-13 site? It costs less.
Also, you can go elsewhere to ask sexual-based questions. They just aren't appropriate here.
I'm sorry you don't know how to ask appropriate questions.
I'm sorry that you don't know how to behave around kids under 13.
My advice? Live with it or leave.
