Yes, the DV series of laptops is excellent. I have a DV5000 series and love it. The 5250 is just different configuration and components.

It looks like a driver for a Hewlett Packard product, possibly a digital camcorder (DV=Digital video).

maybe but good luck understanding techs that are being trained and can't speak good english, when you ask them they say not to worry then hang up on you go with Mac
