how can i petition my boyfriend/girlfriend in canada?

I am an immigrant here in toronto canada and i am almost 1 year in here and have a stable job. The only thing missing is my boyfriend/girlfreind which is in the philippines and i want to petition him/her. What can i do to petition her? can someone help me? is there a website for petitioning a girlfriend to canada from the philippines?

You have to show that you will be able to support them for a period of 3-10 years. You need a stable job, and someone has to sponsor him/her...
I dont know of a website though...im in the U.S.,lol.
