Before making lvl 5 I could almost always answer up to my limit... but since then I have trouble most days to find the time to answer even 20 questions!!... (level 5 is where your can answer unlimited questions, so I KNOW that I won't answer them all!)
did this happen to you?

It could be because before level 5, just as you said, you have a limit as to how many questions you can answer. Once you've reached the level where you're unlimited, you don't really have a particular goal to accomplish.
Just like cell phone minutes. You might worry all day about talking during peak time but on the weekends you really don't think twice because you know it's free. Or on the weekends you probably don't do as much talking or have a reason to do as much.
Knowing we have something to worry about we tend to ponder on it and worry but knowing we don't have to worry/ponder over it, we tend to put it on the back burner!

Us humans get bored. That is probably what happened to you.
You need a new passtime.
