If you applied to adopt a baby, you would be subjected to a background check and a character analysis. If you aren't such a nice guy, then you wouldn't get the baby.'

If you adopt then you become the legal parent of the child, so you can raise the child as if you were its natural parent.
However, any natural parent of a child wants to protect and nuture him or her, and children have rights to be given enough to eat, to be kept safe, to have the chance to play and be educated etc.
If you are interested in adoption contact your local council. Adoptive parents are checked out for suitability and are offered training in all aspects of child care.
Most children placed for adoption are over the age of 4 and (in the UK) you are unlikely to be accepted as an adoptive parent if you are only prepared to take a "healthy white baby". However, if you are able to offer a loving home to a child, or siblings, possibly with disabilities or a history of abuse then you are likely to be welcomed as an adoptive parent.

Well you not that dang on mean if you going to adopt a baby...right? And what in the world do you plan on doing to the child? And if you have to ask that question then maybe you should rethink that idea and adopt a dog or something

What do you mean you are not a nice guy. If you know that you are not a nice guy then you should not try to adopt a child you might get crazy ideas and try to harm the child. Besides you should not have a child if you can not teach it correct grammar.

That is not exactly correct. you can raise the baby but you have to teach it the rules of life and teach the baby right from wrong. If you don't, the baby might be taken away because you have bad parenting.

human infants need certain things - human milk, mommy's arms, mommy available 24/7 for at least 1 - 3 years, reciperacle relationship with one caregiver (mommy.) humans are very very damaged when they don't get this.
to damage another human, especially a helpless innocent, is morally repugnant. and might result in a child who kills you in your sleep.

If your character is seriously flawed, you would not be able to legally adopt a baby (thank goodness).
