I don't understand were President Bush is actually coming from, here (although I could guess). I see that as an nation (and under the Bush administration), that we already have very little desire to help anyone outside of our counrty (mostly out of fear), from the Republican mind set. The Iraq people do not live in a society of freedom as now, (and I hope they do in the future). What do you think he could mean with this quote?

The Bush propaganda machine continues off course because sufficient proportions of gullible Americans believe what this idiot says. Bush said if we leave Iraq now, it would be a "disaster". Iraq already IS a disaster thanks to Bush's interference. He illegally and unconstitutionally invaded another sovereign country oly because he had a personal vendetta against Saddam Hussein and because his boss, Dick Cheney, wants all that OIL swimming underneath Iraq's sands. The Bush administration doesn't give a damn if Iraq becomes a "democracy" or not. If that was the objective, why don't they invade every other dictatorship ruled by some evil despot? Because those other countries don't have any OIL, so let the genocide, rape, and murder continue unabated. -RKO-

Wow, what a superb question. I in basic terms found out that bush may well be certainly smarter than we predict of? If no freedom, then they'd not attack us ? lol So bush desires to take the damn concern inflicting freedom away, it somewhat is a smart thoughts-set for him, why struggling with them, in basic terms kill their activity in US , not greater freedom !? lol And for unlawful Immigration subjects, use the same trick, now why do people bypass the borders, $$$ is the respond, so break the financial gadget and devalue US $, then they run like hell south bond direction !? the guy may well be a genius ? Regards.

We are given a man here who answers questions with a whole lot of crap, but if he adds in a little "fighting the war on terror", or "spreading democracy" or "defenders of peace" we all just nod and agree. Oh, please! LETS OPEN OUR EYES HERE!!! Who are the people loosing THEIR freedoms in all this? US! HELLLLLOOOOOO!!!! It drives me nuts at the ignorance and disalusion of some people. The rest of them don't seem to care. We need to realize there is a bigger threat to humanity and America than "terrorists" and start breaking the chain of believing everything we see on TV.

I believe he's right. Regardless of the past, we have to help the Iraqi people now. We can't bail on them before there is absolutely no hope. I also hope (hope) he thinks we need to do something about Darfur.
