He is not paying us our commissions anymore and is 3 months late on our promised raises. Who do I call?

I already put in my 2 week notice but I still want him to get in trouble.

I was hired with my pay rate increase promised after 30 days. Commission is part of the job its not a bonus. My boss is the owner of the company.

Raises don't have to be given. They can be denied for any reason. Commissions have to be paid but can be gotten around by saying you didn't do the work or sales. Don't report him for that. You'll only stir up a hornet's nest & you might need that job as a referrence.

commissions are usually company bonuses and are usually not covered by the labor board . what u need to do is go over his head and let his boss know what is happening . if u hadn't already put in Ur two weeks notice i would say make sure you re boss dosent find out, but you have , also if the commissions are in writing you can contact the labor board about it then

Are the commissions in your contract or did they just say they would pay them? Do you have anything in writing?

You can always call the labor board and they will direct you to the right place.

Best wishes!
