i need to find out the Apalachee's (they are native americans)government..religion...and society..i have looked for 2 days straight and i cant find anything..if you no of a really good site please let me no...

Apalachee (Appalachee)

Apalachee was a Muskogean language of the American Southeast. Very little is known of it today. Apalachee ceased to be spoken by the community in the early 18th century, although a few words survived among their descendants. Early British transcripts of the language suggest that it was most closely related to Hitchiti and Alabama.

you need to go to google & type in Apalachee Indians of Florida. several sites will come up. take only the ones that contain info about them.

Would seem you might check some info out of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virgina, W. Virginia..
seeing as the mountains close to there are the Appalachians.. bet there's a connection.
