By the water or mountains is good. What you have to remember, what makes real estate go up in value is finite availability. You can get great prices in central America now. My wife & I own vacation property in the Pennsylvania mountains, a client of mine owns a condo in Belize and I have a brother who is building in El Salvador. Call or e-mail me if you need any help.
