long nails......?

Question

ok, I already have long slender fingers so can I still wear long nails? I mean, most people keep long nails to make their fingers look longer and thinner don't they (or at least that is the result)......do you think long nails on me would just make my fingers look freakishly long? Thanks for the answers!

I have the same issue. A good rule of thumb is to only let them be about half an inch long. They look fantastic.

u should still wear long nails cuz i have long slender fingers and long nails and the compliments jux keep rolling in lol and really it all depends on the type of person u are cuz if u don't seem like the kind of person to have long finger nails then yes! but if people/u think that it's out of character then no... but you shouldn't have long or too long nails if u r a very athletic person because the nail may break off and you may start to bleed becayse the nail might not jux break at the tip i mean its possible for the nail to break right over the skin.... trust me its happened to me before lolx

I'd keep them at a medium length so that they're not very short or very long. Haha, kinda obvious.. I mean that way you can have pretty nails without having scary long fingers. Maybe some pretty nail polish will help too, go for some different styles, like a white stipe down the center of the nail over a pretty pink color.

Long nails are ugly. I hate how they look. And plus, short nails are in. Most people are wearing their nails at the end of their fingers. And that's where they should be.

I think that long nails on pretty, slender fingers is beautiful. I think they make you look more of a woman. I have long fingers, and I wish I had long nails cause I love them, but I have an annoying fingernail biting habit. lol

long nails properly manicured and polished are a compliment to your overall hygiene, if you have slender hands and longer fingers than most women than having a french manicure with the white tips on the end of the nail can give you the option of just having the illusion of longer nails, it's really up to you, you can still have them perhaps medium lehgth as well with out your hands being overly noticably...

I had long nails sense now.. I've started playing the violin.. but any way no i don't think that they will make your fingers look freaky or anything.. in fact i don't think it really makes much of a difference

I have long fingers and long nails and i get compliments all the time about how beautiful my hands and nails look. SO yes you'll look fine!!!

I think you should still wear long nails. If people tell you they look to long but you like yur long nails, paint them because that tends to fool the eye on the perspective of length. hope this helps

I think it is personal preference. As long as you don't wear them super long I think you will be fine. Long nails are very feminine and very trendy with the right nail polish.
