The Jeffersons, Good Times, and The Cosby Show. Sanford and Son was funny but it wasn't the best.

if you mean an black cast, i'd go with Sanford and Son. The repartee twixt Foxx and Wilson was priceless. you didn't say the funniest, but the best comedy. the funniest black comedy, but not the best, was In Living Color (tho it didn't have an all-black cast). but then again, neither did S & S.
