I am so curious as to how the hell your going to pick the best answer I just had to try. My mentally ill person that I worked with pissed me off today. He got jealous that I was spending more time with his mother helping her set up a computer than I was with him-given this was off time, not on the clock, and started cussing and stuff. He is 6'4" and over 300 lbs. I calmed him down but sometimes this gets old.
