Supposedly feverfew helps, though I can't speak from personal experience.

Add niacin to your supplement routine and you won't have any headaches. I used to get seasonal and pressure headaches, since adding niacin to my daily supplements I haven't had a headache in over 2 years. Just be prepared for the sensation of being sunburned, as it causes a "flush". I find it starts about 20 minutes after I take it, lasts for about 25 minutes and that's it. Over time you may find that it doesn't flare. Start with a small dose, 50 mg and work up to 100 mg as you get used to it. Also there are some non-flush formulations available.

I like using Valerian or Willow Bark extracts. You can also try this technique:
Use one hand to firmly pinch the skin between the thumb and pointer finger of the other hand for one minute, then switch hands for another minute. Repeat until it's done with. Depending on what the cause of the headache will make the results vary with that one though. But the extracts should do the trick. My favorite brand is Gaia Herbs.
Hope that helps. =)

A cold pack will usually help. Most headaches are caused by dilated blood vessels. It wouldn't hurt to seek medical care...it could be a symptom of a treatable condition. Sometimes it can be something simple, like Starbuck's withdrawal.

In Aromatherapy, you can use essential oils like peppermint , basil an d eucaliptus. Just smell the mix, and rub it gently on your temples. Really helps. Origins sells something called Peace of Mind and it is a great stuff, particularly for migrenes

Try tea made from lavender, chamomile and lemon balm. Also try placing a cold cloth over the eyes. Adding a drop or two of lavender oil to the cloth (make sure the oil is added to the side AWAY from the eyes) is extremely effective as well. This method is very effective against migraines.
