About all a president can do is convince congress to lower taxes to up the economy leading to more jobs.

fire almost every do nothing damn government bureaucrat (pronounced bureau-rat with the accent on the rat). cut taxes. have no mininum wage. let no people into your country illegally. give the local supervisors the ability to do what they need to in order to protect the resources you have. dont have any doddey hooker mobiles (cars) cause they cost gas that you either could sell or you have to buy. let the people own firearms with no restrictions. eliminate the damn lawyers and let the people 's juries decide the issues in place of some judge. keep imports to a minimum. don't join the u.n. this are some of the things to do to improve your economy whether you're a rich nation or a poor nation.

Start a WAR with the United States of America; we'll destroy your country very quickly and when we're done-- we'll rebuild your infratructure, provide loans to build your economy, send in the peace corp who will train the working class and we'll educate your people at the finest American colleges.
