Create the folder and take a message from that person and go to the "Rules".
Applying rules is what you need to do.
My great aunt sends me crap all day long so I have to create a rule for her emails to go into one folder so I can just delete all.

yes, its called a rule, most of the free mail out there offers it. ie. yahoo, hotmail, gmail.

yes there is just go to options then go to filters and fill it out and bingo youve got it

yes.....highlight the address from the inbox.........right click and Make Rule then add your rule for that email address.........
