I'm in the same boat!!! I've started taking Pre-conception tablets, which have folic acid and iodine in them. They are really good for baby development. Also get your partner to take Zinc tablets or drink caffine before sex, it excites the sperm. Having sex four times a day will not make a difference, once a day is fine, cause what guy can really blow 4 times a day. Me and partner have sex everyday or every two days, it helps build the sperm back up. Also try drink Green Tea everyday, eat dried nuts and lots of green veges. Get your partner to wear boxers not briefs and you and your partner must stop, smoking and drinking. Don't ever let him blow in you when your on top, always let him be on top when he's ready to finish, then lay with your legs in the air. Most of all chart your temp or get ovulation kits, I tried one yesterday, they really are a great help, and Also just relax, don't think about is this going to the time during sex. Sometimes sex can get mundane if your trying for a baby, try something different... We watch porn while were having sex, it turns both people on. Try outfits for your partner to. sex is great and should be fun!!! Good Luck!!! Hope this helps.

Tracking your ovulation is the first step. You have a pretty small window of fertility (about 2 days on average). If price isn't an issue, I'd recommend the ClearBlue Easy Fertility Monitor. It is about $200.00 (inlcuding the test strips) and it will tell you exactly when you are ovulating. If that is too expensive, you can just use the regular pee sticks that are about $12-15 for a week's supply.

Once you figure out when you are ovulating, have sexonce a daya few days before, during, and after ovulation). If you aren't pregnant after a year of trying, you might want to see a reproductive endocrinologist. The hard part about trying to conceive is that you can't force it. All you can do is know when you are fertile, make sure you fiancee is protecting his sperm (not hot tubs, hot bath, hot exercising), and have sex at the right times.

I hope you have success soon!

This book is a must read for any woman trying to get pregnant. I was devastated and so was my husband after being told by my fertility specialist at age 38 that I had no option but to consider adoption or donor eggs (according to my doctor I was out of eggs and gave me 4% chance of getting pregnant and a 2% chance of carrying a baby to full term). After much research and dozens of hours reading infertility related articles and posts online, I have found this book! I never believed in anything alternative to western medicine and thought all the other stuff like Chinese medicine was a hoax. But I was soon glad to be wrong as I followed step by step guidelines. After one month of trying I became pregnant and had a beautiful healthy boy. Nine months after that I did everything in the book again and after 2 months of trying I got pregnant again and gave birth to another perfect little boy. I would recommend anyone with an open mind to read this book. It just might be the answer to your prayers.

There are no "fast" tricks to get pregnant. If you are really concerned, talk to your OB/GYN & buy a basal body thermometer to start charting your temperature daily. THis will help you concentrate your efforts around the best days each month. Check out www.fertilityfriend.com and read Taking Charge of Your Fertility.

Stop trying to get pregnant and start having sex to be with the one you love. I was using condoms and we were just "going at it" all the time and I got pregnant with my first. We just started "trying" to get pregnant again (only one month) and when I got my period I kinda shrugged it off because it doesn't always happen the first time (or by accident, LOL).

Just have FUN, stop TRYING it is stressing your body.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Have sex around the clock (at least once a day, if not having it several different time), after sex lay down (don't pee or get up at all) for at least 30 minutes, and orgasm a ton. The more you orgasm, the more sperm will be sucked up into your uterus. My friend concieve on this model:
Week 1 (period): no sex
Week 2: before work, lunch hour, after work, and before bed
Week 3: before work, after work, and before bed
Week 4: before and after work

Nine months later there was a beautiful baby.

Good Luck!
