How large of a audio file can I email?

I want to record a message from the owener of a business, to go with a photo on a website. The audio recording is two segments of 10 MB each. Is there a way to compress the file and still keep the voice quality? I need to upload this to website building co.

try impossible it's not possible for any type of document to be compressed and still keep it's quality
