The same advise I gave my lil sis for her homecoming. Go with a simple dress...the be unique with your jewlry...hair accessories...and shoes! Shoes is a good way to make a statement. For example go with a simple black dress...then get a patten leather red or pink shoes...or go funky...i saw some black shoes with pink polks dots in velvet at Nordies....ear your hair up...either go with big earings that accent the outfit or wear simple yet noticble studs and put a decoritve oiece in your hair...flower...a head band...unique clip...Just think about what kinda girl you are...if your into shoes and accessories...play with that...if your more of a hair makeup girl then do that. You just can't pick em all! Hope this helps a good luck :)

You could find vintage accessories (purse, shoes, jewelry) on ebay or in vintage clothing stores to make your look unique without breaking the bank with a custom or vintage dress.

Have your dress made for you.. it fits sooo nice and it quite flattering. You pick the pattern and you can have something unique added to make it special to you for the night..
