Comfort level.
What sucks more then working for a company you hate is changing companies then that not working out then you are JOBLESS.
I hate my job..but I've got years of service here, benefits and it sucks starting over.

Because of many things - bills to pay, gathered up seniority and benefits, and honestly, starting over is scary. And not everyone has a 'dream' job. Or they realize that the dream job they always wanted isn't realistic or suited to them. For many people, a job, any job, is enough. The alternative is far worse. I'd rather being doing a job I don't like all that much than not doing one at all.

That is a great quesiton. I have to say I agree with "we got bills to pay" but I love my job. That's why people go to college and borrow all that money from the gov to be paying back forever. To aquire the skills it takes to get a job you like. I help disabled people by taking them places, like putput-bowling-the Y, etc and get paid $20 an hour to do it. My job is a piece of cake, I love it, and it definetly pays the bills. Before that I worked at Foodlion for years making nothing just to pay bills and it sucked. You just have to make up your mind and take a chance.

It is the monotony that drives them to react the most unlikely. It just so happen that maybe they do not have any choice to take, but to accept the job for survival, They might have acquired and develop the improper attitudes towards work. They might need a moral recovery program and a re-indoctrination towards the essence of their work.

Because they have not found the job that is working for them or not making good enough money at. You need to be in your zone so that you can make something good out of life for yourself. Each job has it's set of problems, some of us stay with those they know. Most of us have bills to pay.

i like my job but i hate waking up in the morning but if i want a house to wake up in iv got to wake up to go to work.
