my dog's name is baxter because we got him with that name!

o yah i have a fish named spencerr because he has a lot of colors and so does spencer's gifts! and i have a cat named cami bc i was a prety name!

my dog's name is twilight. she is a little (4 lbs.) black poodle. she is named that because i LOVE the show, the twilight zone, and everyone named their dark colored dogs midnight already ;)

I have a 12 year old cat named Tabitha. I call her Tabbie. She is an orange tabby and it just seemed to fit her. Plus, the daughters name on Bewitched (I believe) is Tabitha. I thought it would be cute

I also have three turtles
T-Bone, named for the nickname that George Castanza (on Seinfeld) wanted to be called
Nut (because he's little) & Honey (because she has a yellow belly)

and a fish named Gretta (she's a female Beta). I just liked the name

we have a lot of pets - last count was 41+

Many are named after cartoon caracters, movies, etc...some are just out of the blue

Cats: April (born in april and beautiful calico), Kiara & Kovu (lion king 2) had Stitch (lilo & stitch)
newest addition is a hamster : Ruben (Rueben is exp 625 from Lilo & stitch...so we have 625 & 626)

Dog: Sally (shrug...my daughter was 4 at the time she named her, dont know where it came from)

horse: Mystical (she's black, and her history was unknown...my daughter wanted a dog named Mystical...but we got a horse first)

Chickens: Mally (rhymes with Sally); Daisy (daisy duck hehe); Pompom (polish with pompom on head); Redd (RI red)

Squirrels: theamed named ending in ER: Tucker (tucked the milk down), Pepper (coloring I guess), Ginger (was sweet...first squirrel released because she was SO MEAN), Amber (orig named SASSY but became very sweet and needed an ER name)
[dont worry, Tucker and Pepper are do for release this week and Amber has a bit more to learn before she can go.]

A dog named Henry because I had a favorite stuffed animal as a kid that was a dog the same color as this dog.

A cat named Sparky because when we first got him we took him camping and he liked to sit by the campfire and watch the sparks fly up.

A cat named Heidi because the day we got her, she hid for 16 hours and we thought she was gone for good- she is still good at hiding.

My little chihuahua. His name is Durgen. I love the movie Fight Club and in the movie Brad Pitts character is Tyler Durden. So I changed the second D to a G and bingo Durgen! We call him Durgy for short.

I have a German Shepperd called Simba, I called him Simba because he growls a lot even when he was a puppy(he also bites). I have mutt dog also that looks like a huskie, 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye she is called Shelby, as it was named from the ASPCA I adopted her. She is prettier than my Sheppard.

My terrier dog's name is Chloe because that was the only name my sister and I could agree on!!! When she died we named our newborn puppy Zoe after her. My cat's name is Giggy as that's what our 2 year old called her as she couldn't say 'Izzy' (the cat's former name). Eventually we all resorted to calling her Giggy.

I have 2 pet domestic Rats, one is Rizzo from the Rat from the Muppets in space movie "Rizzo the Rat" the other one is Benny.
He just looked like a Benny to us.

I actually have three pets!
I have Tiny, Tip and Dirty Snowball
Tiny is a purebred Weimaraner Hound(they are huge so my 6 yr old thought it was funny to name him Tiny)
Tip is my 2 yr old silver Chinchilla. He is named for the white tip on his tail( My other son thought that one up)
And then we have Dirty Snowball or just Snowball for short, he is my 3 yr old cat and he was named by my ex-hubby cause he is mainly white with "dirty" black paws and tail. Plus he has one white ball and one black ball so he looks like he's got dirty snow white balls. Weird huh? I thought so too.
