Ever try "the baggie trick"? Get an ordinary baggie (sandwich or quart sized), put a good amount of hand lotion in it and then put your penis in the baggie and wrap it around your dick. Then put your body against a pillow and do the thrusting motion like you are f---ing the pillow. The hand lotion warms up and it SORT OF feels like you are really f---ing. Notice I said "SORT OF". It's definitely not as good as the real thing, a change of pace and different feeling from jacking off though. A water massager shower head can also bring you off if aimed right.
