Only a handful of people in the world have perfectly symmetrical faces. It's nothing to worry about. Unless one nostril is the size of a pea and the other a cherry tomato. THEN, I'd seek plastic surgery.

Its probably no longer a Blackhead It probably A Mark Or some element yet at the same time as i replaced into U I probably could try some Twisser And Squeez it returned and if no longer some thing comes out then its no longer blackhead

It probably means your nasal septum (the center cartilage that separates the left and right nasal passage) is somewhat deviated from the center. It is a VERY normal variation. Don't worry about it.
