I would assume you don't really expect to get a good answer to this when you provide so little information.
And that you even ask this question is enough to make us wonder about you.
Turn that around and ask "my next door neighbor hates me, should I hate him back".
In that case you can go out and fight him or ignore him. You wife is a bit different. For her to hate you after going to all the pain of marrying you shows there is clearly a reason for it.
What did you do to make the one person in this world who has sworn to love you mad at you?

No, don't fall into that vicious cycle! If you hate her back it will only prolong the problem from being solved. I don't know what is causing the problem, but if you love your wife keep being nice to her. Otherwise she won't talk to you because you are mad and you won't talk to her because she is mad and that start a cycle, which only drives a wedge deeper and deeper between the two of you. Without knowing the whole story it is hard to give any advice at all. However, the only thing I can say at this point is maybe she still loves you just not the things that you do. You have to decide what is really important to you. Then make the changes as you see them. Trust me it takes two to make a relationship work, but only one to destroy it.

Stop asking strangers on the Internet and start talking with your spouse about these feelings.
Figure out if you two should stay together or be apart.
The issue is that you are detecting these feelings not whether or not she is having them.

Why does she hate you? R u mean to her? Did getting married stop her from doing things she wanted to do????? Never hate someone just cuz they r going thru hell themselves! Find out what the hell the problem is and find a way to fix it. Love can conquer all!
