I guess it can be a sport if you're performing live. I used to do that in a band back in high school, and let me tell you, I must've burned over 1000 calories in one set. Our drummer probably burned 2000. If it's not a sport, then i guess it would be a really good workout.

I really think it does. Beacuase people that can play an instument is VERY talented! I ABSOLUTELY consider it a art..i mean look at Beethovian!!!! and i so consider it a sport also!

Marching Band is a sport.

Music, on the other hand, isn't really. It's not competitive, not active, and way more fun!
