Let's see. WWE RAW is on Monday 8:00 pm on 242, USA Network. TNA! comes on Spike TV, which is 325 (not sure of time). ECW comes on Sci-Fi which is 244 on Tuesdays at 9:00 pm. Wednesdays are a wrestling doldrum unless there is a PPV. Thursdays are too. Friday Night SmackDown! comes on your local UPN channel. (I can't find SmackDown! ANYWHERE on DirecTV other than locals...) Saturday has Velocity on Spike around 8:00 or 9:00. Sunday, I believe HEaT comes on MTV about 7:00. Other than that, you have your PPVs in the 100s and the mid 500s. That's about it, I think. Hope I helped.
