The happiest years have been the most recent, so I would hope that the remaining years to come will see a continuation of the happiness.
Percentage wise, it is probably 40/60 happy to unhappy.
Hopefully, the longer I live... the higher the happiness percent will continue to rise.

If you break it down into segments - guess my childhood years and early motherhood years were the best. Overall sadly though would say just 20% as have experienced lots of challenges and stress, but hey need to stay positive and as the song says "Things can only get better" - can't wait.

I would say only about 5% of my adult life has been happy and I say about 25% of childhood.
