Can you play City of Heroes AND City of Villians for 15 dollars?

I know you have to pay 15 dollars for one but I heard that if you have both CoH and CoV that you can play for the same price. Is this true?

Yes, this is true -- you can play both for $14.99/month.

They've made it very difficult to find this information, but I can confirm that I'm paying that amount per month for access to both COV and COH.
