and how hard is it to change?

I picked the brain of an auto technician and believe that changing this will solve my problem (car won't start when it's rainy/moist outside...it started up like a champ today and always runs fine as long as i can get it started!)

this part is only $40 at the parts shop so i figured it would be worth a try.

There is a master ignition relay that is above the fuse panel, and it is susceptible to moisture failures. Difficult to see because it is 'waayy up behind the instrument panel on the driver's side.
