I thought this was a joke question. ( Which I never answer) I read it out of pure morbid curiosity. First, all I can say is WOW. Second are you out of your mind. You are asking about adultery and considering divorce.
Okay. This is so unbelievable you have to be messing with all of us. Right. You are joking.
I just can't believe anyone with any morals would even be asking a question like this. It should read how do I report a pedophile?
How do I do this and get out safely? Any of these would be valid questions.
Good one you really had us all going. Really funny.

Are you concerned at all about what's happening to his daughter?? Because if I was YOU, I would be calling the cops on him and get his a$$ put in jail!! Then worry about the divorce. The welfare of this child should be the paramount issue here.I am sorry IF I am reading this wrong here, but I think that the girls safety should be the ISSUE here.

Well, yes, technically, but I think the child molesting in itself is sufficient grounds for divorce. Call the police NOW!!

This falls under child abuse, mainly child sexual abuse or rape of a child. Adultery has nothing to do with this and your husband needs help now. You can contact the law and have him charged with this crime on behalf of your daughter. This man is really sick and needs to be put away for what he has done to her and get her counseling to help her deal with this NOW. This matter is out of your control and will only get worse, so please contact the authorities and give them all evidence you have and definitely get this guy out of your lives, please! Good luck

No matter what you want to call it,shouldn't you be thinking of your child first and the torture and pain she is going through?Get out now, report that sick, pathetic husband of yours, have him arrested and then get you and your daughter some professional help to regain your lives back to some kind of normality.None of this is said in a harsh or insensitive way.I mean it from the heart.Get out now.

It doesn't matter if it is adultery. It is a CRIME. That is all the reason you need to divorce the person. report this matter to the police and seek counseling for the victim.

Yes it does. He had sexual relations outside of marriage and with another person. Frankly, whether or not it is called adultery it is perverted and beyond what any spouse is suppose to tolerate.
