To find a number that is not divisible by 10 is simple. Just make sure it doesn't end in 0 ZERO.

To find a number that is not divisible by 3, make sure the sum of the digits don't equal a number that is divisible by 3.

So pick a 5 digit no that ends in a non zero digit say 7
Try 11117

Since 1+1+1+1+7=11 which is not divisible by 3

11117 is not divisible by 3

Just think of a 5 digit number where the sum of the 5 digits is not divisible by 3 and where the number doesn't end in a zero

22222 for example. To be divisible by 10, the number has to end in 0. To be divisible by 3, merely add up the sum of the digits in the number (ie 2+2+2+2+2 = 10) and if that number doesn't divide by 3 evenly, then 3 is not a divisor. For example, 22222 doesn't divide by 3 (10/3), but 22224 does (12 / 3 = 4)

How to find one yourself:
-Make sure the last digit is unequal to 0.
-Make sure the sum of the digits is not divisible by 3.
Any 5 digit number satisfying these two conditions is not divisible by 3 or 10.

Here's a neat tip. Add up all the numbers of your five digit number. If it's not divisable by three it is not a factor of three. If your five digit number does not end in zero it is not divisable by ten. For example. 12345 1+2+3+4+5=15. 15 is divisable by three so you don't want this number. 23456 2+3+4+5+6=20. 20 is not divisable by three and since it does not end in zero, ten cannot go into it. So you could pick 23456 if you want, it works.

Alternate way to find one (besides not ending in zero and sum of digits not equal to 3).

Make sure there are no factors of 2, 3, or 5.

7^(5) = 16807 for example.
11^(4) = 14641

Easy with modern calculators!
