Why not? I probably could own a successful pizzaria, because I make a mean pizza (care for a slice, Minkus?)... and I'd train the people I hire to make pizzas my way. The rest is just selecting a prime location for your business, marketing/advertising and that kind of stuff.

Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.
Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!

sure if there is no Donatos , pizza sl l uts, capt johns , little caesars, papa johns , or Dominos within 20 miles you might have a chance . Otherwise it is a tough business to make the dinero in unless you have a strong rep and been there for 25 years .

Yes, if you have hand tossed pizza where people can watch you make them. Have fun drawings once a week where you give a way t-shirts, etc...

Its possible however you will need to have plenty of start up capital. Plus you need to add other items to your menu in order for it to work. Good luck.
