yeah he is 6 months i forgot to spell months i got distracted

just be an uncle....ya know...play with him, hold him, talk to him, stuff like that...you'll really enjoy being around him...and the nice thing about being an uncle is you don't have to be around the child all the time....so, when you get tired, you can give him back to his mom....but remember not to disturb him if he's sleeping or eating, or stuff like that...some aunts and uncles do that....have fun being an uncle!

Okay I wouldnt say she is an idiot... I wouldnt call her ghetto.... cause lets keep it real ANYONE can have a baby at 15 not just ghetto ppl I think you need to be a lil more accepting that is what you do she may need you at a time in her life where she is scared and you see how ignorant ppl can be just read some of these answer just help her take sometime with your nephew eventually you can only love him that is it

I hope you mean that he's 6 months, if she's 15! As opposed to 6 years old.
What do you do? Visit them, support them emotionally, love them, be there for them! Whatever uncles normally do!

be an uncle... make sure ur sister knows she can't just drop her baby off on you. love him.. take him out places sometimes.
