My friend revealed a big secret to my boyfriend that I trusted her with. It hurt really badly, but I didnt want to lose my best friend. So I tried my hardest to forget about it and move on so I could continue to have her friendship. What a big mistake that was. She ended up stabbing me in the back again! My best advice, stay away from backstabbers and don't take them back as a friend/lover, etc.!

i dont really want to say what happened but i dont normally trust a lot of people. actually normally i only tell one person EVERYTHING and it hurts when they back stab you becuase then you feel like you cant trust anyone. And then you dont have anyone to talk to again.

My best friend in the world, who had gotten me through quite a lot of turmoil in my life, inveigled me into a relationship and then decided to turn tricks on the side while still seeing me and lying to me. Love, friendship, down the tubes with all of it. Don't mortgage your soul to a stranger, but then, we all begin as strangers- it's only later on that you discover which strangers are friends you haven't made yet, and which strangers are merely assholes waiting for their chance to strike.

I had an affair & my best friend told on me within 48 hours. Didn't even let me tell him. Caused all kinds of problems. This is why I say "trust no one."

In the summer between 7th and 8th grade I became really close friends with a girl named Shelbie that went to my school. We got along really well and did everything together. In time her mother started telling people that I was her daughter and I called her mom. It was like my second family and I loved them so much. I never really found out what it was that I did but sometime during my 8th grade year of Junior High School Shelbie decided she was going to hate me. We had been arguing on and off about stupid things and I never really knew why. As time progressed we went our separate ways but Shelbie continued to talk to me almost secretly. As I had accidentally slipped out an "I'm going to f-ing kill you" during one of our more pointless fights that we were joking around in, her mother had told me she would press charges if I did anything to upset her daughter. So Shelbie would be a ***** to me and I could do nothing to defend myself, as her mother would press charges. This went on for almost the rest of the year until I finally get sick of it. I didn't care what happened to me anymore I had to stand up for myself. So I started talking to her and made her feel horrible for what she did to me, however in the end of it all I was empty handed. She started talking to my boyfriend that she had hooked my up with and ended up being the reason we broke up then hooked up with him over the summer. I was left with her mother out press charges against me, no boyfriend, most of the school thinking that I was a potential harm to them, and the fear of protecting myself again.

I'm about to go into my freshman year and to tell you the truth I don't care anymore. I started talking to her again and explained that I don't want anything to do with her, her mother, or Derrick (both Shelbie and I' ex-boyfriend). She upset her two new friends that she tried to replace me with and now has no one that will talk to her. Therefore she's being extremely nice to me so that she can have a friend going into the school year. However, I've moved on and I above all of that childish nonsense so I'm probably going to end up telling her off.

That's my story,
Amanda

Actually it was a feeling of lightness as they slide off your back, you know what they are and you never have anything to do with them again.
