Unfortunately not. You must be 18 in order legally sign the documents. You can have something called a UGMA/UTMA account that is set up by your guardian/parent. and upon a certain age the money is transfered to your name (the age varies by state)

UGMA stands for Uniform Gifts to Minors Act
UTMA stands for Uniform Tranfer to Minors Act

the names are almost synonymous
