Who cares what he writes. Ignore him. If it is on a blog you can always respond by saying " I am sorry you are having a hard time with the break up but ##### and I are happy together so this is something you are going to have to learn to deal with." "You can spend all your time talking trash about us in sorry attempt to make yourself feel better or you can actually use that time to find someone or something to make your life a little better." " I got to go ##### is waiting for me." Then at least people will quit listening to him.
I do wonder however if he was your friend and you then stoled his girlfriend. If that is the case then you were wrong. Friends shouldn't do that to each other.

You need to set him straight. he doesn't seem to care about you and is just jealous tht you're with his ex. try telling him that it really hurts you and how mean it is to do. Ask him if he'll stop and if he doesn't then start playing his game. Write mean stuff about him and tell him that you'll only stop when he does.
