Very sad about the situation. He is a very good actor, but may be he is deep in a hole after his pre-teen stardom. I really hope he will not walk the road of many other child stars who has ruined their lifes, because he deserves better.

if i was a huge movie star and driving a staturn wagon, yeah i would have dui's too!!! besides, i dont think hes doing anything an 18 wouldnt do............yes not all 18 yr olds drive drunk or get drunk but i'm sure you get what i mean..........hes only human

it just seems like none of those child actors can catch a break, it seems like all of them seem to go off the deep end at somepoint in time.
