Whenever i see anything online that i read it says that there is a 2 year time gap? when is this? is it not anime yet or something? they get new outfits and sasuke trys to kill sakura and naruto....does anybody know what i'm talking about?

i'm not sure what episode naruto part 2 in anime but i know that the in the manga, it starts on chapter 245. i know what you're talking about. the rookie nine (now are all fifteen years old) along with neji, tenten, and lee who are now sixteen, (lee now wears an outfit similar to gai's. believe me, u couldn't tell them apart now lol) have new outfits. it's true that sasuke does try to kill naruto and sakura but it was more toward killing naruto, sakura just intervened and almost got hit.

yes... there is a two year gap... the reason is simple... the manga has a two year gap in it as well... the reason it seems so significant right now is the simple fact the the original storyline in the anime was stopped because it was to fast pace and catching up to the manga story... so the anime realeased a long series of what is known to the naruto community as fillers... (dont we all hate them lol)... these have been going on for some time now (i think like 30 episodes)... anyway, when they stop will be around the time that the anime goes back to the manga storyline and has the two year gap in it.... the fillers are said to stop around 200 or shortly thereafter.... then there is a mini-series (included in both the manga and anime) called kakashi gaiden... this will be around 5 episodes... then the anime will be on the, fan titled, naruto part 2.... good luck waiting

Yeah thats Naruto part 2. Its supposed to come out in the Aniem in 1-2years. In What part does Sasuke try to kill Sakura?

There is a two and a half year time gap in the manga to jump to when Sasuke is really in danger (in a way, anyway) It hasn't reached the anime yet, even in Japan . . . supposedly they are supposed to stop the filler episodes currently running in Japan and start on the gap storyline at either episode 200 or this winter, I've heard both. The anime has currently reached epsiode 196 or 197 in Japan (aren't we behind?)

This is when the time on the naruto skips 3 years from the day they have now. They got new outfits because there all grown ups. Sasuke really became evil because he went to this orchimaru guy and become like him. Well there is more, look on www.leafninja.com/ There is a lot of interesting facts.

believe it for not, naruto has gone really far. When japanese anime comes to america, its a good 2 years ahead in japan, a good 4 years ahead in the japanese comics. The current naruto comic is at 170 i think.... the ones are cartoons network are really behind. The comic strips are at 300? maybe more. This is partly because in japan, they make more money off the comic strips then off people watching the shows.... so they give incentive to the readers. Why read the comic when u can watch the cartoon right?

Naruto was out in japan in like 92 or 94 to the point that when you talk about it to a japanese person they say aren't you old for that

it's on the manga..the 2 years gap you're saying is the period of time when naruto leaves konoha village for 2 years to train with jiraiya..when he is finally back to the village after two years,the other characters has change their costumes..kiba's costume looks so much better and shino's costume looks so mystery that he is the only one that naruto doesn't recognize after coming back to konoha..naruto recognizes hinata and others and so it makes shino feels 'separated'..poor shino..as for sasuke,he has become orochimaru's follower and he wears that weird looking costume,the one that the four sound ninja wear,you know, that big,purple ribbon..
