get an attorney, they'll know what to do,
basically they set up a system to try to contact the other party and if the other person doesnt respond after so much time (a month or two)
you can divorce without them

Go to the court house and ask for divorce papers and if you can't afford the processing fee then ask for a fee waiver paper, and file right then and there and if you know his place of residence, you can have him served with divorce papers. That's the fastest way that i know to get a divorce from your husband.
