GTA San andreas Q's Needs to be answered! Ive been stuck for like a year now!! No one can ansewer my q. HELP!!

Question

First I got stuck in this mission where I have to save mad dogg from jumping off the buliding but he falls off before I even get a chance to save him. What do I do. I cant continue in the game without it.
Second, Is there a be 747 airline plane in las Venturas called a AT-400 that you can fly. If so where and how do you get it cause ive been looking and looking for it in the LV Airport and can't find it.

Madd dogg jumps off early if you use 500 cheats. If you used 500 cheats use the adrenline cheat or the slow motion cheat!

The AT-400 is found in the big hanger at the end of LV airport. The hanger opens up although sometimes the hanger opens up but the plane isn't there!

To save Madd Dogg you have to use the pickup truck parked near where he is. You let him jump into the back. It takes a few tries, but it can be done.

The AT-400 is in a large hangar at the southeast corner of LV's airport. You get access to it when you unlock the Las Venturas area of San Andreas and get your Pilot's License.

get to the place where mad dogg is going to jump...it will shoot to a birds eye view....don't move your truck...just keep it where it is...he'll jump into it...and no there isn't a 747 in the game that you can fly..there is a small private plane that looks like a small jet liner but it's not a 747....

i think there's some bug or something when you use more than about 500 cheats prior to this mission. Use the 'slow motion' or 'adrenaline effects' to get there faster. As for the AT-400, sometimes it just isn't there.
